Can I get samples made?

Yes, sure you can. Quality reference sample or customized sample need to be provided.

What’s the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our MOQ is 100 pieces/sets for each item, which can mix colors and sizes.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with your product?

If there are defect in its quality, we can exchange a good one for you. Generally, this problem is rare.

Will your packaging be damaged during transport?

No, our carton is thickened five-layer corrugated carton with pearl cotton, foam blocks and paper corner in the middle. The outer tape will wrap around and there is a packing belt for reinforcement on the outer side. The packaging is very stable.

May I know the lead time?

Can I have my own logo on each item?

Yes, of course you can. Digital layout of your logo in PDF format is needed. The MOQ varies for customized products. Feel free to contact us

Can you make product with my own design?

Yes, you can. We can customize logos, patterns or designs as your need.

How about the payment?

We accept T/T, 30% deposit, and 70% T/T before delivery.
